Two regions – two moods.

Zermatt, with the iconic Matterhorn as our constant companion, offers breathtaking sunrise and sunset opportunities, framed by glaciers, high‑alpine meadows, and traditional mountain villages. Later in the week, we’ll venture to the Engadin, a high‑altitude valley of wide horizons and crystal‑clear lakes. Here we’ll photograph the Morteratsch Glacier, with its sweeping ice fields and dramatic moraines, and explore the chain of Engadin lakes – St. Moritz, Silvaplana, Sils and beyond – where reflections of snow‑capped peaks meet the vivid greens and blues of spring.

Photograph from dawn to dusk.
We will be out for sunrise and sunset every day, no matter the conditions. Mountain spring brings shifting weather and incredible light – perfect for learning to adapt and find your own vision. During the day, we’ll explore hidden locations, review images, and dive into post‑processing techniques to make your photographs truly shine.

Your base for inspiration and comfort.
You’ll spend 8 days (7 nights) in carefully chosen hotels, one in Zermatt and one in the Engadin. Both provide single‑occupancy rooms and breakfast included. Transportation between and within the regions is arranged, ensuring you can focus entirely on your photography.

An invitation to grow your craft.
If you have any questions about the workshop or the locations, feel free to reach out to me or Eugene directly. Zermatt and the Engadin in mountain spring are a photographer’s dream – and we look forward to sharing them with you.

Education & Experience

For the duration of the workshop you will be under the guidance of two experienced work shop leaders. Eugene and Matthias have differing yet complimentary styles in photography and come with a wealth of knowledge to back that up.

While visiting the incredible locations on this trip, we will work with you to help create images you are proud of. The group is small, with a 1:4 ratio of instructors to photographers, so there will be plenty of time for 1-on-1 help, yet we also want to give you space to explore and create on your own. This is part of our ethos. We don’t want to tell you what to do so you become a clone of our work, but want to give you the tools, both technical and creative, to make images that are unique to you.

So, no matter your level of photography we can provide you with the tuition you need. We cover all topics including basic camera settings, compositional ideas, storytelling and creative thought just to name a few.

Above all, we want you to have an incredible experience, both from a photographic and travel point of view. We believe that by traveling to places such as these we are inspired to make some of our best work. By immersing ourselves in inspiring locations and sharing that with a group of likeminded people, we get the right mindset to create.

We have also teamed up with a number of high-end photography brands to provide gear for you to try out on the workshop. This is an excellent experience to get hands on with incredible gear.
