PRINTS & WALL ART: Purchasing Information


Printed Products

SELECTING IMAGES - to purchase a print or box set please select an image from one of the print galleries in your preferred size. The image will then be produced, printed and dispatched for delivery. To purchase a Contemporary Wall Art product please use the contact form to submit details of image you like, size and any other details that may be pertinent to the order. I will then generate a quote for the product including the cost of delivery, so please provide me with your address for accurate shipping costs.

PAYMENT - Payment in full can be made via Stripe. Prices are listed in GBP. The customer is responsible for any fees pertaining to purchasing items in their local currency. The customer also responsible for any fees that may arise from importing the prints including customs, excise and handling costs.

POSTAGE & PACKAGING - I am able to deliver prints and wall art worldwide.

  • Fine Art Paper Prints - The cost of delivering these prints is included in the price for all orders to be delivered in the United Kingdom. Shipping for international orders will be calculated according to the intended destination.

  • Contemporary Wall Art - As the size and weight of these items are highly variant, the shipping cost will be provided when requesting a quote. Please make sure to include the shipping detstination so that I can accurately quote the shipping cost.

  • International Orders - All import fees, duties, customs fees, taxes, etc are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Getting a Signature - all items I dispatch will require a signature from the recepient when delivery is made. This is applicable to all methods of postage.

  • Damage - please contact me immediately if your print or wall art has been damaged during transit. I will be happy to replace the artwork but will require photographic proof of the damage and may require the item to be returned. I will refund all costs of returning an item with proof of postage. I would also like to hear if the packaging is damaged and the content unscathed.


DELIVERY TIMES - I make all prints and print boxes to order. I have given some guidelines on the time it takes for production and delivery below. This is due to the production process and also my availability. Should you require a piece within a certain timeframe please contact me to discuss options.

  • Fine Art Paper Prints (including box sets) - the standard order time for this format is 2-3 weeks dependent on size, but is often a lot faster. Larger images may require some additional production time.

  • Contemporary Wall Art - lead time for these artworks is 6-8 weeks as the production process takes significantly longer.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES - All of the policies outlined in this section are compliant with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations as applicable in United Kingdom law.

Faulty or Damaged Prints - if your print is damaged or faulty you are able to return it within 30 days of receipt. I will be happy to exchange the item or provide a full refund in this instance. Please contact me immdiately bu email to discuss options. Please note that this does not cover accidental damage to the artwork. Return postage for damaged or faulty items will be refunded in full. If your item becomes faulty outside this 30 day period and up to 6 months please contact me directly to discuss the issue and give me the chance to remedy the sitatuion. If I am uanble to offer a solution, you have the right to refund. Postage receipts will be required in order to issue any return postage refunds.

Cooling-off Period - Should you change your mind once you placed your order or after you have received your print, or are not completely happy, I will happy to offer you a full refund. You will need to cancel your order prior to receiving your order or within 14 days of receiving your print. Once you have notified me, you will have 14 days to return the items to me. Please contact me by email to discuss or notify me of any returns. I am unable to refund return postage for items returned in the cooling off period.

Proof of Postage - Please ensure that you get proof of postage when returning any items.


GUARANTEE - I will guarantee any of the images that you receive from defects that result from the printing process such as inks delaminating or excessively fading. Please retain your certificate of authenticity
